2006年12月26日,水利部在广州召开全国水利系统人事劳动教育工作座谈会暨水利技能人才表彰会。水利部副部长周英出席会议并讲话,广东省人民政府副秘书长周炳南致辞,水利部珠江水利委员会主任岳中明致辞,中国农林水利工会主席王萍、中国就业培训指导中心副主任宋建到会并讲话,水利部人事劳动教育司司长刘雅鸣作工作报告,水利部人事劳动教育司副司长侯京民宣读表彰决定。来自部直属各单位、各省、自治区、直辖市水利(水务)厅(局),各计划单列市水利(水务)局,新疆生产建设兵团水利局有关领导,有关科研单位,部机关各司局有关领导150余人参加了会议。
On December 26, 2006, the Ministry of Water Resources held a symposium on personnel and labor education in the national water conservancy system and a commendation ceremony for water conservancy skills and talents in Guangzhou. Zhou Ying, vice minister of the Ministry of Water Resources, attended the conference and made a speech.
