2006年12月29～30日,河南省水利厅主持召开了白龟山水库除险加固工程竣工验收会议。水利部淮河水利委员会、省政府大项目办、省发改委、省审计厅、省水利水电工程建设质量监测监督站、平顶山市政府大项目办、平顶山市审计局等单位专家和代表参加并组成“河南省白龟山水库除险加固工程竣工验收委员会”,对白龟山水库除险加固工程进行竣工验收。
