目的通过检索中国知网2005-2014年之间发表的入托入学儿童查验预防接种证相关文献,了解10年间全国各地查验预防接种证工作的做法及取得成绩。方法设定关键词、时间跨度和专业范围,在中国知网期刊文献库中检索查验预防接种证相关文献,用文献分析软件进行整理分析。结果 10年期间中国知网发表查验接种证相关文献逐年增加,2014年21篇最多,2008年相对较多。89.21%文献集中发表于21种杂志,其中2个中文核心期刊,发表文献数量最多的是《中国学校卫生》。87.29%的文献作者来自疾病预防控制机构,山东省潍坊市疾病预防控制中心发表文献最多。最具影响力的文献是中国疾病预防控制中心冯子健2006年发表在《中国学校卫生》的文献。结论 2004年卫生部教育部联合下发通知,2008年扩大国家免疫规划实施都促进了查验预防接种证工作的开展。10年之间查验预防接种证工作逐渐被重视,但查验接种证工作的实施和研究主要集中在各级疾控机构,学校、托幼机构以及大专院校参与和开展相关研究较少。
OBJECTIVE To find out the relevant documents about the vaccination card examination conducted by CNIS from 2005 to 2014, and to find out the practices and achievements in examining the vaccination card work throughout the country in the past 10 years. Methods The key words, time span and scope of specialty were set up. The related literatures on the examination of vaccination certificates were retrieved from the CNKI journal archives and analyzed by literature analysis software. Results During the 10-year period, CNKI published more than one year’s relevant documents on screening vaccination certificates, up from 21 in 2014 and relatively more in 2008. 89.21% of the papers published in 21 kinds of magazines, including two Chinese core journals, the largest number of published literature is “Chinese School Health.” 87.29% of the literatures were from disease prevention and control agencies, and Weifang Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention published the most literature. The most influential literature is the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Feng Zijian published in 2006, “Chinese School Health” literature. Conclusions In 2004, the Ministry of Education jointly issued a circular on the Ministry of Education, and expanded the implementation of the national immunization plan in 2008 to promote the work of checking vaccination certificates. The work of checking vaccination certificates for 10 years has been paid more and more attention. However, the implementation and research of vaccination certificates mainly focus on the participation and development of CDC, schools, nurseries and tertiary institutions at all levels.
