目的探讨N-乙酰半胱胺酸对肾缺血再灌注(RIRI)肾功能及蛋白排泄的影响,及其对肾缺血再灌注损伤保护的作用机理。方法建立肾缺血再灌注动物模型,监测应用N-乙酰半胱胺酸预处理组与对照组织尿蛋白电泳分析以及肾功能情况。结果对照组尿蛋白电泳中蛋白尿均较N-乙酰半胱胺酸组出现峰值提前,肾功能较N-乙酰半胱胺酸组损伤重。结论N-乙酰半胱胺酸对肾缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of N-acetylcysteine on renal function and protein excretion in renal ischemia-reperfusion (RIRI) rats and its protective mechanism on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Animal model of renal ischemia-reperfusion was established. Urinary protein electrophoresis analysis and renal function of N-acetylcysteine pretreatment group and control group were monitored. Results In the control group, proteinuria in urine protein electrophoresis was earlier than that in N-acetylcysteine group, and renal function was more severe than N-acetylcysteine group. Conclusion N-acetylcysteine has a protective effect on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury.
