本文探讨了BA-ELISA测定哮喘儿童血清螨特异性IgG_1和IgG_4抗体的最适条件。经特异性抑制试验证明本法特异性强,批间变异系数9.9%~11%。通过对13例螨过敏性哮喘儿童免疫治疗前后的血清螨特异性IgG_1和IgG_4抗体测定,表明经免疫治疗后哮喘儿童血清螨特异性IgG_1和IgG_4均升高。
In this paper, the optimal conditions for the determination of serum mite-specific IgG1 and IgG4 antibodies in asthmatic children by BA-ELISA were explored. Specific inhibition test proved that the specificity of this method, the inter-assay coefficient of variation of 9.9% to 11%. Serum mite-specific IgG1 and IgG4 antibodies were measured before and after immunotherapy for 13 children with mite allergic asthma, indicating that serum mite-specific IgG1 and IgG4 were elevated in asthmatic children after immunotherapy.
