本文对《红楼梦》第三回节选的两种译本中比喻和反讽修辞的处理对比分析,因两位译者因文化背景、翻译目的不同而采取的翻译策略不同,霍译为了方便西方读者阅读理解而采取异化的策略;杨译为了传递中国文化而采取了归化的策略。
This article compares and analyzes the metaphor and irony rhetoric in the two versions of the second retrospective of A Dream of Red Mansions because of the different translation tactics of the two translators because of their different cultural background and purpose of translation. In order to facilitate reading comprehension for western readers, And alienation strategy; Yang translated in order to pass the Chinese culture and adopted a naturalization strategy.
