加速推进信息化,积极利用信息技术,大力改造传统产业,以信息化带动工业化,是我国“十五”规划所提出的实现我国经济结构调整的核心,也是新世纪实现社会主义现代化跨越式发展的一个极为重要的战略方针。 以信息化带动工业化,是结合中国国情的振兴经济、搭载世界潮流性的新经济的一条快车道。尽管路径清晰,前景看好,但对于行进过程中的诸多迫切问题,绝不能掉以轻心。
