自1988年10月至1995年10月共收治21例头面部神经纤维瘤和神经纤维瘤病，其中4例颌面部大型瘤体采用颈外动脉栓塞后切除瘤体，较单纯手术组出血量显著减少、术野清晰、副损伤小；头部大型瘤体切除后缺损采用扩张器皮瓣修复，避免了头发缺失。对该病的诊断和多种治疗方法进行了讨论。
From October 1988 to October 1995, 21 cases of facial and facial neurofibromatosis and neurofibromatosis were treated. Among them, 4 cases of large tumors of the maxillofacial region were treated with external carotid artery embolization and the volume of blood loss was higher than that of the surgical group alone. Significant reduction, clear operative field, and minor injury; repair of large head tumors with dilator flap repair, avoid hair loss. The diagnosis of the disease and various treatment methods were discussed.
