随着网络技术和数字技术的日益发展,视频、音乐等各类视听内容通过网络进行快速、大范围的传播。然而,在三网融合、信息化快速发展的今天,有害违规视听内容也随之不断增多并快速、广泛传播,不法分子更多地利用信息技术手段传播有害违规视听内容,为此国家也加强了监管力度,明确提出了禁止有害视听节目的播出和传播,广电总局严管内容播控,并采取一系列的规范整顿动作,从政策和行动上保障了视听节目服务业健康发展、科学发展。本文主要针对数字基因对比在互联网多媒体监测监管系统中的应用进行论述。
