本文报告了在国内首次建成具有高特异性的人血浆精氨酸加压素(pAVP)放射免疫测定(RIA)方法。灵敏度、准确度和精密度均较好。39名健康人pAVP的正常值(M±2SD)为13.6±9.4pg/ml。
This article reports the first generation of a highly specific human plasma arginine vasopressin (pAVP) radioimmunoassay (RIA) method in China. Sensitivity, accuracy and precision are better. The normal value (M ± 2 SD) of pAVP in 39 healthy people was 13.6 ± 9.4 pg / ml.
