患者女,16岁.1个月前月经初次来潮,5～6 d后停止,9d后无明显诱因出现下腹痛伴发热,体温达39.8℃,抗炎治疗后效果不佳而来我院就诊.肛诊:子宫触不清,盆腔内触及8cm×6 cm的包块,触痛明显。
