按照现代企业管理要求,未经专业技术等级资格认证的工人,不能上工种岗位操作,因此,搞好工人工种岗位定级考核意义重大。我校自1990年以来,率先在全省范围内对林业行业各工种进行了高级工、中级工、初级工认证,即定级考核。但在对“林产工业”系列工种考核操作中发现,林产工业企业产品多,工种多,涉及面广,如林业部、劳动部1993年正式颁布的《林业行业工种汇编》中,林产工业系列计有128个工种,涉及人造板企业和木材加工企业
According to the requirements of modern enterprise management, workers without qualification of professional technical level can not get jobs on the job. Our school since 1990, took the lead in the province within the forestry sector for all types of senior workers, mid-level workers, junior certified workers, that is, grade assessment. However, in the evaluation of the “Forest Products Industry” series of work, it was found that there are many products and types of work for forestry industrial enterprises, covering a wide range of areas. For example, in the “Collection of Forestry Industries and Industries” officially promulgated by the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Labor in 1993, Series total of 128 types of jobs, involving wood-based panel and wood processing enterprises
