目的:探讨小柴胡汤(XCHT)对小鼠肉瘤S180的抑瘤作用及机制。方法:通过体内实验,观察不同浓度XCHT浸膏对小鼠肉瘤S180的抑制作用和用放射免疫测定法(RIA)测定荷瘤小鼠血浆内皮素(ET)含量的变化。结果:高、中和低浓度XCHT(10g/ml,05g/ml和025g/ml)溶液治疗10天后,对小鼠肉瘤S180有明显的抑瘤作用,抑瘤率为477%~566%。同时发现荷S180肉瘤小鼠血浆内皮素水平明显高于正常对照组(P<005),而经过高、中、低浓度XCHT溶液治疗后荷S180肉瘤小鼠血浆内皮素含量明显降低,达到正常或低于正常水平。结论:XCHT对小鼠肉瘤S180的生长具有抑制作用,其机制可能与降低荷瘤鼠血浆内皮素水平有关
Objective: To investigate the anti-tumor effect of Xiao Chai Hu Tang (XCHT) on mouse sarcoma S180 and its mechanism. METHODS: In vivo experiments were conducted to observe the inhibitory effects of XCHT extracts at different concentrations on mouse sarcoma S180 and radioimmunoassay (RIA) to determine the plasma endothelin (ET) content in tumor-bearing mice. Results: High, medium and low concentrations of XCHT (10g/ml, 05g/ml and 025g/ml) solution showed significant inhibitory effect on mouse sarcoma S180 after 10 days of treatment. The inhibition rate was 47%. 7% to 56.6%. At the same time, it was found that the plasma endothelin levels in mice bearing S180 sarcoma were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P < 0.05), and the plasma endothelin levels in mice with S180 sarcoma after treatment with high, medium, and low concentrations of XCHT solution were significantly reduced, reaching Normal or below normal level. Conclusion: XCHT can inhibit the growth of mouse sarcoma S180. The mechanism may be related to the decrease of plasma endothelin level in mice with tumor.
