高等院校法学本科教育应当加强互动式实践性教学,传统的讲座式教学模式已不能适应法学职业技能培养之需要。民事诉讼法学属实践性较强的程序法学科,教师在该门课程教学中,通过互动式实践教学能够极大提高学生的职业技能。案例教学、庭审观摩、法律诊所和大学生人民志愿者进社区实践为互动式实践教学的主要内容。互动式实践教学对教师提出了高要求,而且学校还应当投入充分的物质保障。
The law undergraduate education in colleges and universities should strengthen interactive practical teaching. The traditional lecture teaching mode can not meet the need of law vocational training. Civil Procedure Law is a practical discipline of law, teachers in the course of teaching, through interactive practice teaching can greatly enhance students’ professional skills. Case teaching, court trial, legal clinic and college students volunteer into the community practice is the main content of interactive practice teaching. Interactive practical teaching poses high demands on teachers, and schools should also devote sufficient material security.
