发展休闲农业可以有效的加快转变农业发展方式,促进农民就业增收,推动第一、第三产业的融合发展。本文通过分析国际旅游胜地建设背景下,桂林市休闲农业面临的新机遇和新挑战,提出加快发展桂林休闲农业的政策措施。2009年底《国务院关于进一步促进广西经济社会发展的若干意见》提出,桂林要打造国际旅游胜地。2012年国家批复《桂林国际旅游胜地建设发展规划纲要》,这是中国第一个旅游专项发展规划,标志着桂林国际旅游胜地建设正式上升为国家战略。
The development of leisure agriculture can effectively speed up the transformation of agricultural development, promote the employment of peasants and promote the integration and development of the primary and tertiary industries. In this paper, through analyzing the new opportunities and new challenges of leisure agriculture in Guilin under the background of the construction of international tourist attractions, this paper puts forward the policy measures to speed up the development of leisure agriculture in Guilin. At the end of 2009, “State Council’s Opinions on Further Promoting Guangxi’s Economic and Social Development” proposed that Guilin want to create an international tourist destination. In 2012, the government approved the “Guilin International Tourist Attraction Development and Construction Plan”, which is China’s first special tourism development plan, marking the formal establishment of Guilin International Tourism Destination as a national strategy.
