作者采用美国新型 CDH25圆形吻合器进行了动物实验和5例食管癌病人的临床应用。实验结果,临床使用和近期疗效均较满意。对该吻合器的特点,使用体会,吻合口狭窄的预防作用和适应症等问题进行了讨论。
The authors used the United States new CDH25 circular stapler for animal experiments and clinical applications of 5 patients with esophageal cancer. The experimental results showed that the clinical use and recent curative effect were satisfactory. The characteristics of the stapler, experience in use, prevention of anastomotic stenosis, and indications were discussed.
