肺吸虫病是以兽为主,人畜共患的动物源性疾病,在我国21个省、市、自治区流行。本病在黑龙江省的流行最早为日本人阿部及浅田报道(1939),1963年王致中在黑河地区爱辉县发现病人。1970年在松花江及牡丹江地区相继发生两起支农学生及支钢工人中肺吸虫病暴发流行。自此引起广大医务工大者、防疫人员及寄生虫学工作者的重视。迄今已有姜新春(1973),纪奎宾(1973)、徐恩立(1978)、钟惠澜等(1979)相继报告肺吸虫病在穆棱河、汤旺河、蚂蚁河、牡丹江流域的流行情况,钟氏等鉴定汤旺河流域的肺吸虫病原为卫氏并殖吸虫伊春亚种(钟惠澜等1979);姜氏(1973)也报告了穆棱河流
Paragonimiasis is animal-based, zoonotic animal-borne diseases, epidemic in 21 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in our country. The disease was first reported in Heilongjiang Province by Japanese Abe and Asada (1939). In 1963, Wang Chih-tung discovered the patient in Aihui County, Heihe Prefecture. In 1970, two outbreaks of paragonimiasis occurred among two supportive agriculture students and branch workers in Songhua River and Mudanjiang areas. Since then, it has aroused the attention of the majority of medical workers, epidemic prevention workers and parasitological workers. To date, the epidemic situation of paragonimiasis in the Muling River, Tangwang River, Ant River and Mudanjiang River have been reported by Jiang Xinchun (1973), Ji Kuibin (1973), Xu Enli (1978) and Zhong Huilan et al.
