1985年8月,我们对我区林业“两户”发展情况进行了调查。近几年来,随着造林方针的调整和各项林业政策的放宽落实,我区林业“两户”发展的很快,各地在发展林业“两户”中都摸索出了一些好经验,林业“两户”已成为我区林业建设的骨干力量。目前,一个以依靠林业“两户”带动千家万户造林,大力开展山区沙区兴林致富的新局面,正在全区形成。我们在调查中还发现,在发展林业“两户”
