哈密瓜采后用清水和FN500ppm1000ppm分别在20℃、55℃和60℃下处理1分钟,以比较防治外界侵染的瓜把霉斑及瓜皮霉菌。试验结果表明,用FN1000ppm在60℃下处理,防治瓜把霉斑和瓜皮霉菌有显著效果。持续有效时间分别为60天和50天左右。提高处理温度,防治效果显著提高。FN浓度500ppm和清水处理的无差异,浓度增加到1000ppm即有显著差异。FN1000ppm在60℃下处理和对照相比防腐效果为60.7%。病斑中主要病原菌为JLBM—2,LDJ—1很少,个别病斑中有使瓜肉软化糜烂的GM—3的软腐细菌。
