The Beijing Xiyuan Store Project is located near the Beijing Xijiao Zoo and is currently the tallest building in Beijing. The building area is 61,367 square meters (not including the annex building). The total height above the ground of the building is 93.45 meters and the underground is 12 meters. Covers an area of 5,300 square meters. The building has 30 floors, 27 floors above ground, and 3 floors underground. There are a total of 709 rooms (a total of 756 rooms) and an investment of about 70 million yuan (RMB). Beijing Xiyuan Hotel is under the architectural design of Hong Kong-based Fenner Architects. The Beijing Architectural Design Institute is responsible for the structural design.
