该文采用pH吸收比值法测定盐酸吗啉胍的含量,测定波长为431nm和588nm,指示剂为溴甲酚紫.平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为100.1％和0.12％(n＝8).该法测定结果令人满意.“,”moroxydine hydrochloridc was determined quantitatively by pH indicator absothance ratio method. The determination was carried out at 431nm and 588nm wavelength, with bromocresol purple as indicator. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation were 100. 1%and 0.12%(n=8). The result was satisfactory.
