目的:研究急性一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的诱发电位(EP)改变.方法:对28例DEACMP患者进行体感诱发电位(SEP)、视觉诱发电位(VEP)、脑十听觉诱发电位(BAEP)检查.结果:SEP、VEP、BAEP异常率分别为78%、69%和32%.SEP中的P40、N50、P60、N75潜伏期(PL)明显延长(P0.05).结论:EP结合临床对DEACMP的定位诊断、病情判断和预后评估有一定意义.“,”Objectives: To study of EP in patients with delayed encephalopathy after acute carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP). Methods: EP were studied in 28 patients with DEACMP Results: The abnomal rate of SEP, VEP and BAEP was 78%69%and 32%. respectively. The P40.P50,P60 and N75 peak latencies (PL) and LP-P40 interpeak latency (IPL) of the patients in SEP were compared with those of the controls. There were significantly differences between the two groups (P
