1病例报告例1患者男,29岁。因剧烈运动后意识障碍5h,高热、四肢抽搐3h入院。既往多次体检肾功能及尿常规均正常。查体:体温40.5℃,血压115/76mmHg,脉搏134/min,呼吸56次/min。尿常规:尿蛋白(),潜血(),红细胞满视野/HP,血、尿肌红蛋白阳性;血生化:血尿素氮(BUN)28.5mmol/L,血肌酐(Scr)439μmol/L,磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)606 640U/L,肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)3470U/L,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)21 480U/L,α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)7050U/L,天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)4350U/L,丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)3830U/L。诊断为重症中暑、运动性横纹肌溶解综合征(ER)及多脏器功能衰竭。给予补液、清蛋白、冷冻血浆、输血、降温、呼吸机辅助呼吸、连续性血液净化、抗感染、对症
1 case report 1 patient male, 29 years old. Due to strenuous exercise consciousness 5h, high fever, limbs twitch 3h admission.
