1987年4月27日至5月1日在美国亚特兰达市召开 Katharine 和 Mather 国际混凝土耐久性会议。这次会议是为庆贺 Katharine和 Mather 共同从事不同腐蚀条件下,各种混凝土材料和混凝土结构的耐久性的研究工作90多年而举行的。会议由美国工程兵、美国开垦局,国际混凝土教育基金会、国家标准局、美国混凝土协会、美国材料试验协会、加拿大矿物和能源技术中心、美国运输研究部、美国波特兰水泥协会等单位共同主办的。出席这次会议的有30多个国家的300多名代表。会议收到32个国家和个人的150多篇论文,其中111篇论文已编入会议论文集。我国提供论文3篇,中国建筑科学研究院派出2名代表参加会议。
The Katharine and Mather International Concrete Durability Conference was held in Atlanta, USA from April 27th to May 1st, 1987. The meeting was held to celebrate Katharine and Mather’s joint research on the durability of various concrete materials and concrete structures under different corrosion conditions for more than 90 years. The conference was co-sponsored by the American Engineering Corps, the US Bureau of Reclamation, the International Concrete Education Foundation, the National Bureau of Standards, the American Concrete Association, the American Materials Testing Association, the Canadian Minerals and Energy Technology Center, the US Department of Transportation Research, and the Portland Cement Association of the United States. of. More than 300 representatives from more than 30 countries attended the conference. The conference received more than 150 papers from 32 countries and individuals, of which 111 papers have been compiled into the conference proceedings. China has provided 3 papers, and China Academy of Building Research has sent 2 representatives to attend the conference.
