随着素质教育的大力提倡,学生身边的教学环境也悄然发生着变化,这些变化,也对学校原本的管理水平,提出了更高的要求。小学教育,是一个学生能否健康成长的关键阶段,关系着学生以后的学习和发展。因此,小学教育中,如何有效的对学习管理进行科学化和人文化的改进,则是老师在教学过程中需要重视的一项内容。本文的主要内容就是对于科学化和人文化的课堂管理进行思考与探讨,在此基础上,希望能给相关的从业人员,一点好的建议和帮助。
With the vigorous promotion of quality education, the teaching environment around the students also quietly changes, these changes, but also the school's original management level, put forward higher requirements.
