科技档案是一种潜在的资源,其自身的价值只有经过开发利用,才能转化为物质财富,这在当前社会主义市场经济发展中已得到了充分体现。本文根据笔者多年从事科技档案工作的经验就如何才能正确搞好水泥企业科技档案的利用工作,适应本企业主业发展的需要,更好地为水泥生产线项目工程建设和维护服务进行简要的探讨。
