讨论了使用变分法进行图像恢复的基本原理，实现了一种基于变分法的图像恢复算法，对比较有代表性的图像进行实验，并与其它图像恢复方法进行了比较和分析。实验结果表明，本文的算法对于消除待恢复图像的块效应和随机噪声是很有效的。
The basic principle of using variational method for image restoration is discussed. An image restoration algorithm based on variational method is implemented. Experiments on representative images are carried out and compared with other image restoration methods. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is effective in eliminating blockiness and random noise of the image to be restored.
