针刺采胶的针孔排胶影响面呈向右倾斜的纺锤体,长度100~120厘米,宽度10~20厘米。研究表明,分散采胶是扩大针孔排胶面的重要因素。凡有利于扩大排胶面、避免排胶面叠加的采胶方式,都可获得较高产量。在刺激强度和针刺孔数、孔距相同之下,全树周针刺(PC)的排胶影响面比纵带针刺(PI)大,叠加效应较小,产量亦较高。在纵带针刺中.决定其产量的是孔距,而不是孔数,在两孔排胶面范围内增加孔数,对产量并无增益。测定认为,针刺采胶排胶壑区的物质代谢十分活跃,容易建立新的动态平衡。
