河北省唐山市共有1立方米每秒以上的排水或排灌两用泵站121处,设计提水能力786立方米每秒,总装机容量269台套,41461千瓦,控制排灌面积257万亩,除涝标准达到5年一遇。 由于泵站发展较早,普遍存在泵型复杂,工程设备老化,效能显著下降的情况。为此,从1987年开始,唐山市水利局注重抓了泵站的技术改造工作。通过调查研究,摸清了泵站现状,制定出更新改造方案:对能耗高,厂房设备损坏严
