鉴于我国半导体事业的发展日新月异,急需介绍和引进国外半导体新技术.以资借鉴,为此,从1985年第5期起,本刊开设“国外技术之窗”新栏目.该栏目将刊登国外有关半导休技术的新理论、新工艺、新器件、新材料、新设备、新的检测方法及器件的新应用等方面的资料.为了尽快地向读者介绍国外最新成果和发展动态,本栏目将主要安排综述、编译、摘译、简讯等文章,也少量地刊登会议、展览会介绍、新产品及专利报导等短文.我们欢迎广大读者踊跃投稿并提批评性意见,以使本栏日臻完美.
