引言自从橙黄色(ZnS:Mn)单色薄膜电致发光(TFEL)显示器件达到商业性应用阶段以来,人们把大量的工作都集中于研究彩色TFEL。近年来,三基色TFEL器件的亮度和效率都有了很大的提高。下一个目标就是通过组合基色电致发光来产生多色EL器件。方法有两种:一种是层叠不同颜色的发光薄膜;另一种是拼排不同颜色的发光薄膜单元(拼元式)。
INTRODUCTION Since the orange-colored (ZnS: Mn) monochromatic thin-film electroluminescent (TFEL) display devices have reached the commercial application stage, a great deal of work has been focused on the study of color TFELs. In recent years, the brightness and efficiency of the trichromatic TFEL devices have greatly improved. The next goal is to create multicolor EL devices by combining primary-color electroluminescence. There are two ways: one is to cascade different colors of light-emitting film; the other is to fight the different colors of light-emitting film unit (cell element).
