麻城市化解村级债务试点工作经过全市各级的努力,取得了阶段性的成果。麻城的具体作法是: 一、积极搞好试点,掌握债务基本情况。根据省委、省政府和黄冈市委、市政府的统一部署,麻城积极开展化解村级债务试点,以试点带动全局工作。2003年3月份在两个乡镇办点示范,5月中旬将试点扩大到6个乡镇,6月初在全市全面铺开。通过试点,初步摸清了全市村级债务的基本情况:全市村级负债总额
