本文通过对内江市第三产业发展的相关数据进行分析并结合第三产业发展基本规律,对内江市第三产业发展的存在的问题进行简要的分析,总结出有关内江市第三产业发展的基本特点。如:金融业发展不足,教育、科学、文化和卫生事业水平低,固定社会投资中第三产业投资偏少,交通运输和邮电通讯业发展潜力不足和旅游业优势作用未能凸显等。进而在以上特点的基础上提出内江市第三产业发展应遵循正确选择主导产业、合理调整第三产业内部结构、通过城市化带动第三产业发展、重视第三产业的地方政策支持以及避免第三产业发展中的资源浪费和环境污染几方面的发展对策。
Based on the analysis of relevant data of the development of the tertiary industry in Neijiang and the basic rules of the development of the tertiary industry, this article briefly analyzes the existing problems in the development of the tertiary industry in Neijiang and concludes that the development of the tertiary industry in Neijiang Features. Such as the underdevelopment of the financial industry, the low level of education, science, culture and health, the infrequent investment in the tertiary industry in fixed social investment, the insufficient development potential of the transportation, post and telecom industry and the undemanding role of tourism. Then on the basis of the above characteristics, it is proposed that the development of the tertiary industry in Neijiang should follow the principle of correctly selecting the leading industries, rationally adjusting the internal structure of the tertiary industry, promoting the development of the tertiary industry through urbanization, attaching importance to the tertiary industry’s support for local policies and avoiding the third Industrial development in the waste of resources and environmental pollution in several aspects of development strategies.
