目的探讨抗结核药物的耐药性。方法对６７例患者的结核菌分别进行１０种临床抗结核药物敏感试验。结果结核菌对传统一线抗结核药物显著耐药，且多发耐药显著高于单发耐药。结论结核菌对ＩＮＨ，ＲＦＰ的高度耐药性和多发耐药特点，是近年来结核病治疗困难的重要因素之一。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of anti-TB drugs. Methods Totally 10 clinical anti-TB drug susceptibility tests were performed on 67 patients with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Results Mycobacterium tuberculosis was significantly resistant to traditional first-line anti-TB drugs, and the multi-drug resistance was significantly higher than that of single drug resistance. Conclusion Mycobacterium tuberculosis to INH, RFP highly resistant and multi-drug resistant features, is one of the important factors in the treatment of tuberculosis in recent years.
