This article has conducted a survey of long-term employees in the VDT. The survey included the micro-climate (temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, air pressure), lighting, noise, air ions, CO 2 and total bacteria in the workplace. 57 VDT operators and 49 controls were also given health checks. The results showed that the intensity of noise and the concentration of cations in air were higher in VDT work place than those in control group, the illuminance was lower than the standard, and the anion concentration was lower than that in control group. VD T operator complained of headache, dizziness, memory loss, eye fatigue, joint pain, chest tightness, fatigue and more in the control group.Serum serotonin levels were significantly higher than the control group. The main occupational hazards have ion concentration changes, sustained Higher noise and lower illumination.
