Reducing administrative costs reflects the essential demands of a conservation-minded government. The low administrative cost consciousness, the imperfect mechanism of administrative operation and the drawbacks of the administrative system have led to the fact that our country’s administrative system has become a high standard. To strengthen awareness of administrative costs, establish a performance-based evaluation mechanism based on economy-oriented government and vigorously promote e-government to innovate the way of government governance is an effective path to reduce administrative costs under a conservation-oriented government.
