对峨眉千里光A碱在显色反应过程中与过氧化氢、醋酐、Ehrlich试剂等的化学反应机理进行了探讨。这有利于双稠吡咯啶类生物碱及毗咯衍生物等的显色和定量测定。
The chemical reaction mechanism of E-sertraline A with hydrogen peroxide, acetic anhydride and Ehrlich reagent during the color reaction was discussed. This is in favor of the colorimetric and quantitative determination of double-condensed pyrrolidine alkaloids and pyrrolic derivatives.
