钴是锌湿法冶金需要严格控制的元素之一,进行电解前的锌净化液要求将钴控制在1μg/ml 以下,因此,需要随时监测钴的含量。北京矿冶研究总院研究了利用新钴试剂与钴在弱酸性介质中形成稳定的红色配合物这一特性,使用 FIA-21型流动注射分析仪,于510nm 波长处测定新钴试剂-钴配合物的吸光度,建立了用流动注射光度法简便、快速测定锌净化液中微量钴的新方法。
