本文试验了以植物生长调节剂打破东北龙胆种子休眠的方法。发现赤霉索和生长素类物质都有促进其种子发芽的作用,其中,以赤霉索500ppm 处理4小时的作用效果最好。 This paper tested the plant growth regulators to break the dormancy of gentian seedlings. It was found that both gibberellin and auxin substances promoted the germination of their seeds. Among them, the treatment with 500 ppm of gibberellin for 4 hours had the best effect.
