随着教育体系的不断发展,德育受到了社会各界的高度重视,所以初中班主任德育工作方面要不断改进,以更好地促进学生道德素养的发展。着重对提高初中班主任德育工作实效性的有效对策进行了分析和探讨。
With the continuous development of education system, moral education has been highly valued by all walks of life. Therefore, the moral education work of junior middle school teachers should be continuously improved in order to better promote the development of students’ morality. This paper analyzes and discusses the effective countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of moral education in junior high school teachers.
