有线电视以其传输质量好、容量大以及可双向传送等特点,受到社会的普遍欢迎而得到迅速发展。利用光纤传输电视节目具有频带宽、容量大、损耗低、重量轻、抗干扰能力强、保真度高、工作性能可靠等优点,不仅能扩大有线电视覆盖面,提高整个有线电视系统的指标,而且解决了全电缆网放大器维护难的问题。近年来随着技术和生产工艺的进步,光缆和光发射机、光接收机等激光设备和器材的成本迅速下降, 采用光纤传输与电缆传输的成本大体相当,甚至更低。光纤传输网将成为有线电视的最主要传输手段。随着有线电视网络建设的重心逐步从城市转向农村, 如何在县一级建设优质、经济、适用、多功能的有线电视宽带综合信息网传输系统成为了有线电视网络公司的重要课题。本文结合秦皇岛市县区传输体系的建设,就县级有线电视宽带综合信息网光纤传输系统设计和实施的有关问题进行探讨。

With the center of cable television network gradually shifting from urban to rural areas, how to build a high-quality, economical, applicable and versatile CATV broadband integrated information network transmission system at the county level has become an important issue for CATV network companies. In this paper, with the construction of Qinhuangdao county and county transmission system, this paper discusses the design and implementation of the optical fiber transmission system of county level CATV broadband integrated information network.
