江泽民总书记在建国四十周年大会上重申了我国在坚持社会主义公有制的前提下,继续鼓励发展私营经济的一贯方针,从而确立了新形势下私营经济应有的地位。如何将它在发展中存在的一些问题纳入法治轨道,加强正确的引导和管理,真正做到兴利除弊,使其成为社会主义公有制经济的必要补充,是值得广大理论和实际工作者深入进行研究的一个重要课题。
At the 40th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, General Secretary Jiang Zemin reiterated our country’s consistent principle of continuing to encourage the development of the private economy on the premise of upholding the socialist public ownership and thus established the due status of the private economy under the new situation. How to bring some problems in its development into the track of rule of law, to strengthen correct guidance and management, to truly achieve the goal of making profits and removing disadvantages so that it becomes a necessary complement to the socialist public-owned economy is something that deserves in-depth study by a large number of theoretical and practical workers important topic.
