进入二十一世纪以后社会主义市场经济得到跨越式发展,与此同时改革开放的力度不断的增强,从而使人们对学前教育专业人才的职业能力与综合素质呈现出高水平与高层次的要求。本文拟从培养五年制学前专业学生的职业能力的角度出发,对五年制学前专业学生的职业能力进行深入细致的分析与探究并提出相应的人才培养策略。
Since the 21st century, the socialist market economy has been leapfrogged. At the same time, the reform and opening up has been continuously strengthened. As a result, people have become highly qualified and highly qualified in the professional ability and overall quality of preschool education professionals.
