美国《内科学文献》刊载,经美国研究人员跟踪研究发现,女性每日适量饮红酒有助于保持身材。有理论认为,适量饮红酒有助于女性保持身材的奥秘在于,经常饮红酒者的肝脏能“进化”出特别的解酒方式,能将多余的能量转化为热量而非脂肪。
The United States “medical literature” published by the United States researchers follow-up study found that women drink moderate amount of wine a day helps to maintain body. The theory is that the reason that the right amount of red wine helps women keep their body lies in the fact that the liver who often drinks red wine can “evolve” into a special hangover that can convert excess energy into calories rather than fat.
