A new low loss SAW filter has been developed for IF circuits in color television receivers. This SAW filter consists of an apodized bi-directional transducer and a non-apodized monomodal transducer. Unidirectional transducers are designed with different logarithms. Emitting and reflecting electrodes to extend the impedance matching range. The film capacitor as a phase shifter was integrally fabricated on a 128 ° Y-X LiNbO_3 substrate.
