目的:观察洗悦清洗液联合妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:360例盆腔炎患者随机分为2组,各180例。对照组给予洗悦清洗液外阴清洗及阴道冲洗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用妇科千金片治疗。14天为1疗程,共治疗2疗程。结果:总有效率观察组92.2%,对照组62.2%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组主要症状(腰骶胀疼、小腹疼痛、带下量多、带下气臭)消失时间均明显短于对照组,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率观察组0.56%,对照组1.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:洗悦清洗液联合妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎疗效显著,症状改善快,复发率低,无明显不良反应。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of wash-cleaning solution combined with gynecological Qianjin tablets in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: 360 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups, each 180 cases. The control group was given cleansing lotion cleaning genital cleansing and vaginal washing; the observation group in the control group based on the treatment plus gynecological Qianjin tablets. 14 days for a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 92.2% in the observation group and 62.2% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of the main symptoms (lumbosacral pain, abdominal pain, vaginal discharge, stomachache) was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The recurrence rate was 0.56% in the observation group and 1.67% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yue Yue cleaning solution combined with gynecology Qianjin tablets treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease significant effect, rapid improvement, low recurrence rate, no obvious adverse reactions.
