本文就电流密度、温度、氯化亚铁浓度诸因素对镀层残余应力、畸变应力、显微组织及不同工况下摩擦磨损性能的影响作了系统的研究,同时应用扫描电镜和铁谱技术对磨损表面及磨屑进行了分析,阐明了不同电镀规范所获镀层对多种摩擦磨损形式的适应性。指出了:1.镀铁层耐磨性不仅取决于其自身的机械性能,而且受摩擦工况的影响很大。2.镀铁层摩擦表面的氧化性远较45钢强烈。文章提供了九种不同电镀规范所获镀层的V—P—f三维图,推荐了适于固定、半固定磨料磨损及润滑工况的三组电镀参数。
In this paper, the effects of current density, temperature and concentration of ferrous chloride on the residual stress, distortion stress, microstructure and friction and wear properties of coatings under different working conditions were systematically studied. At the same time, the application of scanning electron microscopy Wear surface and wear debris were analyzed to clarify the plating of different plating specifications for a variety of friction and wear forms of adaptability. Pointed out that: 1. The wear resistance of iron plating depends not only on its own mechanical properties, but also greatly affected by the friction conditions. 2. Iron coating friction surface oxidation is much stronger than 45 steel. The article provides three-dimensional V-P-f views of the coatings obtained from nine different plating specifications. Three sets of plating parameters are recommended for fixed, semi-fixed abrasive wear and lubrication conditions.
