在分析轧机运动方程的基础上,通过对同宿轨道及Melnikov函数的讨论,分析厚度控制系统参数与出现Smale混沌之间的联系以及厚度控制系统出现混沌时对控制精度的影响.给出了板带轧机厚控系统出现Smale马蹄意义下混沌的条件,通过仿真验证了轧制过程中轧辊偏心干扰造成厚度控制系统混沌的新观点.仿真分析表明,在混沌出现时轧件的厚度偏差将发生较大偏移,可以通过混沌控制的途径提高产品精度.
Based on the analysis of the rolling mill equation, the influence of the parameters of the thickness control system on the chaos of Smale and the chaos of the thickness control system on the control accuracy are analyzed through the discussion of the homoclinic orbit and the Melnikov function. The condition of chaos in Smale horseshoe is appeared in the thick control system of mill and the new viewpoint that the eccentricity of the roller caused the chaos in the thickness control system during the rolling process is verified by simulation.The simulation results show that when the chaos occurs, Offset, you can improve product accuracy by means of chaos control.
