新时期的到来,建筑结构在满足人们居住需求的同时,更要实现结构环保性、安全性和经济性,保证建筑成本的最优化。建筑结构的设计者按照经济适用设计准则,采用现代化科技手段来降低建筑成本、优化设计方案,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。本文首先对降低建筑成本的重要阶段进行了解,并在分析结构设计优化技术的基础上,提出了建筑结构设计优化的措施。
The advent of the new era, the building structure to meet the needs of people living at the same time, but also to achieve structural environmental protection, safety and economy, to ensure the optimization of construction costs. The architects of the building structure should adopt modern scientific and technological means to reduce the construction cost and optimize the design plan in accordance with the applicable design criteria and achieve good social and economic benefits.
