临安透明售房网数据显示,8月1日—15日临安商品房销售市场前10强共实现销售84套,环比7月份后半个月的64套稍有回升,而同比7月份前半个月的96套又稍有回落。从5月份杭州人居展举行之后,临安房产市场的销售数据就一直仅在小幅范围内波动,相对比较平稳。即使是进入了传统的淡季和8月的奥运时间,从这期的销售数据来看市场还是处于这种不温不火、不冷不热的现状,没有出现明显的大起大落的迹象。
